A software can color-code your goals in bright green or flashing red, but it lacks the spine to hold someone accountable. Tech makes your lack of discipline visible; it doesn't magically generate the grit to do the actual work.

And then we've got to be really healthy, cohesive and functional team, get all that human stuff out of the way.

Cohesion is a relational problem. Trust, vulnerability, and navigating open conflict require looking people in the eye. You cannot download a functional team culture from an app store, and quite frankly, hiding behind digital notifications usually just keeps the "human stuff" in the way.

The strategic takeaway: faster, better, cheaper

The ultimate goal of running EOS® shouldn't be to see how many complex digital modules you can turn on. The goal is to strip the operational drag away so your business can thrive.

Mark leaves us with the ultimate rule of thumb for a tech-enabled business:
