I have a passion for helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams live their ideal lives.
I work with small to medium size organizations (10-250 employees) that are growth-oriented, open-minded, willing to be honest & vulnerable with themselves, and are more afraid of the status quo than change. I coach, train & facilitate a proven and complete system, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, to help my clients get what they want from their business.
Specifically, I help organizations achieve Vision, Traction, and Health.
Vision is about getting your leaders 100% on the same page with where your organization is going and how it’ll get there. Traction is about helping your leaders become more disciplined and accountable so they can achieve every part of your Vision. Health means helping your leaders become a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team.
For me, it’s about transformation. I thrive in coaching entrepreneurs and leaders to perform at their highest level, achieve their goals, run a more profitable business, have more fun, and ultimately lead an abundant life.
