My $25 million restaurant business started struggling with declining same-store sales eight years into the business. I was working harder than ever before and frustrated that nothing we did reversed the downward trend.
EOS helped me see that we didn’t have a brand problem, we had an ‘us’ problem – the leadership team was holding the business back. The result of our EOS implementation: record-setting company EBITDA with sales climbing every quarter, and I took an uninterrupted vacation.
