About
Since 2007 I have worked with multiple entrepreneurial organizations in sales, business development and leadership roles. In 2014 I began working in a business that ran on EOS and was afforded the opportunity to be a part of their leadership team. In this role I was able to leverage the skill set that I was developing as an infantry leader in the Marine Corps Reserve and helped grow the business from $14M to $20M, ultimately selling to private equity. After exiting that business in 2019, I spent the next 4 years working with some larger organizations where I found myself becoming frustrated with the slow moving nature and crippling bureaucracy that exists in that world. I realized that I had a genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs get what they want out of their businesses and knew that EOS was the best way to do that! Today as an EOS implementor, I coach and teach the leadership teams of entrepreneurial organizations in the same way that I do my Marines, to ensure that they have the skills, tools and resources necessary to be victorious on the battlefield of business!
