About
Dave has had the privilege of working alongside two of Australia’s most successful entrepreneurs in Phil Salter and Peter Mattick who founded the Marketing Solutions company Salmat. In his career Dave has held a number of senior leadership roles, but his highlight was building the Letterbox Distribution Network ( LDN ) which was a business that aggregated 15 Family run companies from all over Australia into one powerhouse organisation that at is peak generated over $20M in annual revenue. It was while building this business that Dave’s passion for working closely with Entrepreneurial companies and leaders was sparked. He became obsessed with helping people get everything they wanted from their businesses, and to ensure that all their hard work, courage and the sacrifices they had made were being rewarded.
On his journey, Dave has built up a wealth of knowledge and lessons on how to build great companies run by great leadership teams. When he discovered EOS it was the perfect fit in terms of bringing his experience together with a proven model and process that is Real, Simple and will get results.
Dave now spends his time working closely with Business owners and leaders helping them to set up and implement everything that is required to make their vision for the future become a reality.He is a well respected and trusted advisor who enjoys getting great results for his clients while have plenty of fun along the way. His passions are golf, following the AFL, and spending time with his family.
Dave works in Metropolitan Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and the Bass Coast.
