One of my greatest joys? Spending time with others working to increase their average!
My childhood coaches helped foster this desire. One of my personal joys and most challenging leadership roles was coaching my kid’s teams. Just like business, if I knew what I knew now…my average would be so much higher!
What would I take back to that early fatherhood and career moments? Have more fun and get my own coaches to unlock the inner genius.
Through my career I have consulted with over 100 companies and been a member of various leadership teams. Early on I saw the pattern of what goes wrong when vision lacks clarity and the gears aren’t in sync.
These can be painful, but the biggest pattern…a lack of fun! “Surely there had to be a better way!”

Shortly after I was part of 2 leadership teams implementing EOS into their businesses and experiencing the same changes.
