Jörg Lahmann

I was born and raised in central Germany. After finishing school at 19, I funded my own path north — first serving two years in the Navy, then studying civil engineering in Hamburg. The grey skies, my curiosity for the world, and a desire to learn Spanish soon pushed me toward new adventures. In 1997, I arrived in Barcelona.

I began my career as a construction manager, where I learned Spanish, perseverance, and how powerful good team management can be. In 2002, I joined a tiny two-person internet start-up — and discovered my passion for building and leading companies. As CEO, I helped grow the business to a 70-person team across four offices in three countries.

Along the way, I discovered EOS. It became a turning point — giving me simple, effective tools to manage and grow sustainably.

Since 2017, I’ve had the pleasure of supporting more than 80 companies get what they want from their business through EOS. Now based in Zurich, I work with leadership teams across the DACH region and Barcelona in German, English and Spanish.
