About
Mike Yoder helps business owners, and their leadership teams Win – personally and professionally. As Founder of Equip4Growth, a Certified EOS Implementer®, and a Keynote Speaker, Yoder brings more than 25 years of business leadership experience to his clients.
Growing up in Indiana, surrounded by agricultural and industrial entrepreneurs, soon after getting his Engineering degree from Purdue, his entrepreneurial journey began. Along the way, he played key roles in 5 startups and held leadership positions in three mature companies ($50m-$500m revenue).
His breadth of industry experience both as a business leader and as an EOS Implementer, equip him to more fully understand your business and coach your team effectively. Yoder knows “sweat equity”, experiencing success and failure, and can relate to many of the challenges business owners and leadership teams face.
