Why I became an EOS Implementer**

My journey began right here in Queensland, helping the state's tourism operators adopt digital technologies  — and it was there I found a passion for seeing others thrive. What followed was a driven journey: I started and lost my own business, supported small and enterprise organisations across various industries, and ultimately landed in a MarTech start-up running on EOS. 

Experiencing EOS first-hand — not just in our financials and operations, but culturally — was genuinely transformative.

It was like having a training plan for your business. I know how to show up with discipline every day — even when it's hard, even when it's uncomfortable — to get what you want. In 2024, I committed to Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko: 104km through the Snowy Mountains, 3,900m of elevation, completed in just over 13 hours, finishing 4th in my age group.
