About
Sean’s passion is helping owners and their leadership teams realize that their dream of building a great company is possible and then helping them do it.
He brings a unique perspective that reflects his 30+ years of experience in the world of entrepreneurial business. He spent the first 12 of those years helping small and middle-market companies obtain the capital they needed in order to grow. He then dove headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship and spent the next 15 years as co-owner and President of two companies—one a high-growth start-up and the other a messy turnaround. He achieved successful exits with both companies. Along the way, he learned many lessons that you can only learn from sitting in the driver’s seat, and with everything you own on the line.
Since 2015, Sean’s been coaching clients through the implementation of EOS® and sharing lessons from his hard-earned entrepreneurial experience is an added benefit of working with him.
