I’m a reformed chemist.

I say reformed because I was educated as a chemist, Ph. D and all, but experienced a "lightbulb moment" and I realized I was more interested in the business of chemistry than a career in a laboratory, so I switched to the business side of chemistry.  For the first part of my career, I ran business units in a large chemical company, learning the value of processes, planning and teamwork.  After more than 20 years, I left the corporate world to build my own business, working with local entrepreneurs providing business coaching and peer advisory board services.

I helped my entrepreneur clients build strategic plans and set goals for themselves, but too often too much of the plan for the business rested on the owner’s shoulders.  I looked for a simple system to help them spread the burden of ownership with their teams, and then I read Traction, which describes EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System.  I realized this was the system I’d been looking for.  So I became a Professional EOS Implementer to help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams gain traction, achieve their goals and get what they want from their businesses.

As an EOS Implementer, I’m a catalyst for leadership teams, helping them implement EOS, build value and get what they want from their businesses without spending nearly as much energy as if they tried to do it all on their own.
