I am Certified EOS® Implementer based in Perth.
My career has taken me through both sides of the business world. I worked in corporate, serving as a CFO in the mining services industry. Then I made the leap to become an entrepreneur myself, making tough calls with real money on the line.
That shift from CFO to entrepreneur wasn't easy. I knew the numbers. What I didn't know was how hard it would be to turn vision into reality without the right system. When my business started losing money, I introduced EOS®, and turned it around in three months. Not because I had all the answers. Because EOS® gave me the clarity, the structure, and the traction I was missing.
That experience changed everything for me. I've seen EOS® work from the inside, not as a theory, but as a lifeline. And that's exactly why I do what I do today.
I work alongside entrepreneurial leadership teams to solve root issues, build stronger alignment, and grow healthier businesses. My goal is simple: to help entrepreneurs lead with confidence, get more of what they want from their business, and live better lives.
