Over 15 years, he has guided entrepreneurial leadership teams as a teacher, facilitator, and coach through the EOS process, drawing on more than 35 years of experience helping business owners execute. Before EOS, he built a career in finance and operations; he’s a licensed CPA in Illinois and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
