Rip Tilden

Rip has taught more than 80 companies to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System. His passion for learning and teaching extends to the boardroom and the classroom as well. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Andesa Services in Allentown, PA, and served for eight years as a Project Faculty Member at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. With his business partner, Tim Thomas, Rip is the Co-author of Leading on Purpose, Sage Advice and Practical Tools for Becoming the Complete Leader.  He is the proud father of three grown children, and he and his wife, Beth, love spending time with their ten grandchildren.
