With a long-standing passion for mentoring leadership teams and helping businesses grow, my role as an EOS Implementer is an extension of my life's work. I was first introduced to EOS when I became the CEO of a company that was struggling to grow. Over time and with lots of hard work, we successfully leveraged EOS to achieve a positive transformation—and I was hooked!
My personal experience as an EOS client and decades of experience in the manufacturing industry give me an in-depth understanding of complex business issues.
I am honored and humbled to serve as an EOS Implementer and local business coach in Lancaster County, PA. Since 2018, I’ve helped over 40 leadership teams overcome complex issues, get clear on their path to growth, and reach short and long-term goals. I bring a unique, direct approach grounded in real-world experience and straightforward, honest feedback to help business professionals become better leaders, enhance team culture, and grow together to achieve their goals in business and in life.
