As a Certified EOS Implementer Derek’s purpose is to bless, support, and encourage leaders and teams in their pursuit of excellence. He started his entrepreneurial journey in the Fitness Training industry as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. Through developing his skills and coaching ability through fitness, Derek grew to love the mindset and leadership development component of the coaching process. He found that the biggest reasons whether or not clients reached their fitness goals were their mindset and thought process.
In addition to Fitness Training, Derek is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach training business leaders through mastermind groups, workshops, executive roundtables, and one-on-one coaching. Derek has helped 100’s of clients develop their leadership, improve teamwork, and train their mindset. His joy is found in the process of growth and development. His strengths and experience in leadership, teamwork, training, coaching, speaking, and business provide an energetic, disciplined, and fun environment where leadership teams are focused on both a successful business, and fulfilling lives.
