I started my first company in high school and sold it as I was graduating from college. I then spent 10 years working for some of the best growth companies in their markets.
I started Capital TechSearch (CTS) in 2001 and serve as the CEO today. Over the past 22 years, CTS has helped over 100 companies recruit and hire key talent. Along the way, CTS became a multiyear Inc 5000 honoree and is recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 200 executive search firms in the world
I have won lots of awards and made lots of mistakes. I have and continue to learn much more from my mistakes. I captured these insights in my book “Fifteen Bedtime Stories that Keep Entrepreneurs Awake at Night” in hopes that others will avoid missteps.
For the past 16 years, I have also had the good fortune to work with hundreds of CEOs to solve hundreds of problems through facilitating Peer Executive Groups for the VA Council of CEOs. I served in every board position at VACEOs to and through Board Chair.
