About
Growing up in a family business, I experienced the grit, grind and glory of entrepreneurship from manufacturing to sales; the challenges of managing people, processes and finances.
When my father retired, I took over the family business. One of my challenges was to grow this business into a healthy, thriving company. I went to work building out a leadership team and the business grew 350% over the next 5 years. Then our growth plateaued and I personally hit a wall – a wall of fatigue that took me out for an extended period of rest.
That fatigue – and the poor business decisions made as a result – cost me a million dollars, not money I could afford to lose.
EOS was a significant part of regaining clarity of vision, getting traction back in the business and returning to personal and company health.
