I’ve always been obsessed with growth — mine and others'.

It started with gymnastics. As a nationally ranked gymnast and later a coach, I learned what it takes to push beyond limits, stay laser-focused under pressure, and bring out the best in others. That mindset has shaped everything I’ve done since.

Before moving to Israel, I spent over a decade in magazine publishing — founding one magazine and running three others. I led them to become industry leaders, built powerhouse teams, and thrived in the fast-paced pressure of delivering big, bold results on tight deadlines.

Then I made a decision to stretch myself again — and moved to Israel.

Here, I built a successful book editing business, then stepped into the world of mission-driven startups as COO of two fast-growing digital media nonprofits. Both had inspiring visions but serious internal chaos. I brought order, implemented structure, and eventually rolled out EOS® in both organizations. The results? We scaled content production more than 10X — and I found my calling.

I became a Certified EOS Implementer® because I believe that every visionary deserves a team, system, and rhythm that can turn their dream into reality.
