I’m an EOS® Implementer, serving New England, who helps business owners and leadership teams get what they want from their businesses.
If you asked someone about me they would probably say: I am a high energy, deeply caring and positive person who truly gets excited to empower my teams and see them win! They would also say I know how to navigate hard conversations in a loving way.
With 20+ years of experience across the trades, manufacturing, engineering, operations, executive leadership, and entrepreneurship, I help entrepreneurial leadership teams across New England gain Vision, Traction, and Healthy using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®).
Founding my own businesses, I understand firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face when building teams, creating accountability, scaling operations, and maintaining organizational health. My background combines hands-on operational experience with leadership development, process improvement, and organizational accountability.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business, allowing me to bridge strategy with practical execution in fast-paced environments.
Today, I help businesses strengthen accountability, improve communication, align teams around priorities, and build healthy organizations where Visionaries and Integrators thrive together.
