About
Running a business is hard - a lesson I’ve learned and relearned throughout my career.
My journey began in a small, family-owned business, where I witnessed firsthand the highs of success, the lows of struggle, and even the sting of failure. It was tough, but those early experiences shaped me into the leader I am today - resilient, curious, and deeply committed to helping others avoid the same pitfalls.
Later, as a Director of Business Development for an international company, I started to notice a pattern: no matter the size or industry, most businesses wrestled with the same core challenges. That realization sparked a passion in me to help leadership teams build stronger, healthier organizations.
Along the way, I encountered all kinds of business practices – from wonderful to "needs improvement". And then I discovered EOS®, the most effective business model I’d ever seen.
In 2019, I became a Certified EOS Implementer®, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of leading more than 400 session days with clients. I can honestly say I’ve found my passion - my true calling - in helping business leaders create structure, gain clarity, and watch their companies thrive.
