In 2011 my two partners and I set out to control our own fates by becoming entrepreneurs. We had some great success during our first 10 years where we grew organically and picked up some big name clients like Google, Renault, Lego and PepsiCo.

At a certain point we realised that despite our initial success we were very often pulling in different directions, getting frustrated with each other and had no aligned vision for the future and clearly no way of moving forward as a team.

We brought in an EOS implementer to help us move forward. As a result of the process, we aligned our vision, learnt so much from the tools and disciplines and saw first hand the value of the leadership team being open and honest with each other. Subsequently we navigated our way through the pandemic and then international expansion and came out the other side with 300% growth and most important of all with our team intact and the partners reaching a new level of direct and straight forward communication.

Having seen the value of EOS first hand, I am determined to help fellow entrepreneurs and business owners get more of what they want from their businesses using this most elegant of methodologies.
