Samantha Williams is an accomplished entrepreneur, CEO, and business leader who has spent more than two decades building, scaling, and transforming companies across the UK and the Middle East. Her career spans investment banking, consumer goods, e-commerce, children’s brands, and high-growth leisure ventures — giving her a rare, hands-on understanding of what it truly takes to grow a business, lead a team, and adapt through change.

Having founded, grown, and exited multiple ventures — including Rush Trampoline Parks, one of the UK’s leading leisure brands, and Bomimo, an award-winning women’s wellness company recognised by The Telegraph & NatWest as a Top 100 Female Entrepreneur to Watch — Samantha has experienced first-hand the exhilaration and exhaustion that comes with entrepreneurship.

It was during this journey that she discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) framework that finally brought structure, accountability, and calm to the chaos of running a growing business. Seeing its transformative impact, she made it her mission to help other leaders experience the same clarity and freedom she found.

Now based in the UAE with her husband and three young-adult children, Samantha works with ambitious leadership teams across the UK and Middle East as a Professional EOS Implementer® and Vistage Group Chair.
