I spent fifteen years in marketing operations, becoming Managing Director and shareholder of a specialist retail experience agency. My brief was to grow the business, strengthen the team and prepare it for sale, and that’s when I discovered EOS®.
EOS made an impact almost instantly. The team thrived on the clarity, structure and simple goal-setting rhythm. Within four years we doubled the size of the business, built a stronger culture and sold in 2024.
After leading the business through a successful exit, I knew EOS had been the real turning point. I decided to help other leadership teams get more from their business too.
Now, as a Professional EOS Implementer based in London, I work with founder-led SMEs across the UK to create clarity, accountability and traction. My clients span a wide range of industries, but the leadership challenges are often the same.
