Dean Breyley

Dean is the former EOS Community Leader for EOS Worldwide in Europe, having established the role here in Europe back in 2019. Over the course of his work with EOS, Dean has implemented with over 130 Leadership Teams throughout the UK & Europe since 2014 within over 50 different industries, and across a wide range of diverse business models and propositions: Services, Products, Tech, SaaS, Franchise, Memberships, Not-For-Profits, eCom, and Platform to name a few.

Since gaining his Expert Accreditation from EOS Worldwide, following on from his Professional and Certified Accreditations, Dean helps teams across a variety of different growth stage organisations: Start-Ups, Scale-Ups**, Founder-Led/OMB, Family Businesses, VC/PE Backed,** and Large Scale/Complex Multi Unit G****lobal organisations. He is experienced in helping them break through their ceilings, reduce complexity, clarify their vision, create great execution, and build a healthy culture in the company.

Alongside EOS, Dean is the Managing Director of Fabric Business Solutions, based in Bishops Stortford - part of the Fabric Group that brings together Business Transformation with an FCA Regulated Private Family Office who mange an Entrepreneurs affairs at home, as well as in the business.

Dean's entrepreneurial journey started during his twenties where he started several companies, and it was during a turbulent time with a founding business partner that he began to question; “Should running your own business really feel so tough, so much of the time?” ... Knowing the relationship in that business was beyond repair, the decision was made to exit and find ‘the next’ venture. Thanks to some peers, he was introduced to ‘Traction’ & EOS, which led to the realisation; “It didn’t have to be so tough!” So Dean became one of the founding few EOS Implementers here in Europe as they took on the mission to establish the Operating System on this side of the 'pond'. And they never looked back...
