About
Andrew helps business owners break through growth ceilings, align their teams, and build self-sustaining companies using the EOS® framework.
His career began as a musician in the British Army, where he learned the power of discipline, structure, and operational systems. Over 25 years in sales and executive leadership, Andrew helped Silicon Valley software companies launch and scale across Europe, navigating rapid expansion, acquisitions, and high-stakes exits.
Introduced to EOS® in 2012, Andrew became a full-time EOS Implementer in 2019 after seeing its transformative power firsthand. Since then, he has guided over 50 leadership teams spanning tech, manufacturing, agencies, venture-backed startups, and private equity to turn strategy into execution and gain real Traction. He also serves as a Director for the EOS European Conference, an organisation that runs entirely on EOS to bring the EOS community together across the continent.
Andrew brings a unique perspective as both an implementer and an active business owner. He and his wife recently became owners of a 60-year-old manufacturing business producing music folders for world-class orchestras and choirs giving him daily, real-world experience navigating the challenges of legacy ownership while driving modern growth.
