About
After building a family business over 15 years and founding multiple companies, I discovered Traction and the Entrepreneurial Operating System® — and it changed how I run everything. By implementing EOS® in my own company, I watched my team align around one vision, execute more consistently, and build the strength to run the business without me in the middle of every decision.
Now, as a Business Coach and Certified EOS Implementer® based in the San Diego area, I help frustrated founders take back control. I work with founder-led companies across San Diego County — from downtown and La Jolla to North County, Poway, and Carlsbad — usually in the 10–250 employee range. My job is simple: simplify, clarify, and guide your leadership team to real Vision, Traction, and Health.
