My entrepreneurial journey started in the unlikeliest of places: politics.

Early in my career I served as a press secretary in the US Senate – a job I considered to be a dream job – but after getting it, I was miserable. I didn't know then what I do now; I was in a “wrong seat” and it brought out the worst in me.

When I left that job I promised myself I would not let that happen again.

My next chapter led me to business ownership and being an entrepreneur is the greatest job I never knew I wanted. In 2014 my business partner and I were struggling with people issues and complexity when someone gave us a copy of Traction. Thanks to Gino Wickman and EOS, we finally had the tools to get clear on what we wanted for our future and it was a complete game changer for us and our business.

Since then, I’ve been a leader in two EOS-powered companies, growing the first one by 62% in the first five years of self-implementing. There’s not a tool that I’ll teach you that I haven’t struggled through myself. My passion comes from a place of experience, not theory. I’ve seen this system inside and out, and I’ve used it to help 40+ entrepreneurial organizations to date.

At this stage of my career, it is an absolute gift to help leadership teams get what they want from their businesses—without losing themselves in the process. Through this journey I've discovered that helping leaders do what they were built for is what I was built for. So let's get to work!
