About
I love vision and strategy. Seeing the big picture is my superior skill and it has served me well for more than 25 years leading teams in politics, higher education and communications.
In 2019, I was hired as the CEO of an organization that was struggling with debt and culture. I hired an Implementer and EOS calmed the chaos. Over three years we reduced the debt by 80-percent and got everyone bought into the vision, excited to be part of the team.
I sat in the Visionary seat. I know those challenges. If you’re an entrepreneur or CEO that hasn’t felt the relief of having a self-managed team; or the confidence that comes from shifting out of the day-to-day to focus on big opportunities, I want to help you make it possible.
My wife (also a Certified EOS Implementer) and I love our EOS Life. My passion is helping others live theirs: do what you love, with people you love; have a huge impact in the world; be appropriately compensated; and, have time to pursue other passions.
