Ten years into operating our home care business, we hit the ceiling. I knew there had to be a better way but I couldn’t get my team unstuck. I was regularly taking 2AM phone calls from angry clients and even angrier customers. Our growth had outpaced our processes, and I had people issues that I thought were impossible to fix. It was at that time, the universe sent me “Get a Grip, a fictional story about a company that implements EOS®. The rest is history.

We doubled our revenue over a three-year period, made people decisions that I once thought were impossible and I started having fun again! The successful exit of our business in 2017 is a direct result of implementing EOS®. After we sold the company, I knew if there was a way I could take away, even a little bit, of the pain of other entrepreneurs I would. Since then I have started two companies, wrote a book, and became a Professional EOS® Implementer.
