I know firsthand how tough it is to grow a business. For years, I was in the trenches as a second-generation owner of Cooper Pest Solutions. I experienced the bruises of family business dynamics, the late nights wrestling with growth challenges, and the immense joy of building something special. Over time, I helped scale our company from 7 people to 110, eventually becoming one of the top 60 pest control companies out of 20,000 nationwide.
After selling the business and serving as a senior director at ServiceMaster, I found my true calling: helping other entrepreneurs get everything they want from their businesses. That’s why I became an EOS Implementer®.
EOS isn’t theory, it’s a simple and proven system that works. What excites me most is watching leadership teams finally solve root issues, gain clarity, and build the kind of discipline and accountability that drives real Traction®.
