Shaped by early lessons in entrepreneurship from her mother, Jenn learned firsthand the balance between ambition and sacrifice that comes with running a business. Watching her mom manage two small businesses gave her a deep respect for hard work, independence, and the pride of building something of your own.
That foundation set the stage for her own entrepreneurial success story. Jenn, along with her husband Anthony, built two restaurants that became community landmarks over two decades. One achieved more than 300 percent revenue growth, while the other was a heavier lift that tested her resolve at every level. Both reinforced her belief that success comes from strong processes, great people with shared values, and consistent execution.
After selling both businesses, Jenn transitioned into leadership and sales roles within a global billion-dollar company and later a startup, gaining perspective on what leaders face at every stage of growth. She now combines that hands-on experience with the proven EOS® tools and process to help entrepreneurial teams gain clarity, accountability, and traction toward their vision.
