I’ve been in your shoes. I launched my first business in 1996 and spent the years since helping companies grow, as an owner, leader, consultant, and coach. I’ve faced the same hard problems you’re navigating now.
Here is something I’ve seen again and again. Founders who can’t hear hard truths end up surrounded by people who only tell them what they want to hear. The insecurity at the top becomes a yes-man culture below it. An organization can’t handle the truth if its founder can’t. The work of getting better starts there.
My job is to meet you where you’re at and help surface the answers already in the room, because those are the ones that stick. When everyone owns their role and rows in the same direction, the team becomes unstoppable.
