About
From the flight line to the session room, I’ve spent my career helping teams perform under pressure. I served 24 years as a Marine Corps officer, flying CH-53E helicopters and leading complex operations, including a 260-person aviation maintenance organization where clarity, accountability, and execution were not optional.
Today, I’m a Professional EOS Implementer® based in Tampa Bay. My style is direct, candid, and practical. I ask the questions that need to be asked, help leadership teams get to the real issue, and keep the room moving without taking ownership of the answers away from the team.
I work especially well with entrepreneurial leadership teams that have built something good but are feeling the strain of growth: too much depends on a few people, accountability is inconsistent, priorities compete, or the business demands more from the owner than it should.
That’s what drew me to EOS. It gives leadership teams a simple, proven way to get aligned, solve issues, and execute together. My wife is a business owner too, so I understand that what happens inside the business follows you home.
