I have a passion for helping businesses thrive through people. I believe when people get to come to work every day, doing what they do best, in an environment they love, they’re a lot happier and more productive. This creates a win for you as their employer, themselves and ultimately their families and communities.
But through decades of helping businesses, I know far too few companies successfully create and/or sustain such an environment. It was frustrating. At best, I would see 20% of companies achieve the level of success they desired.
Fortunately, I had a customer who asked if I would help them implement EOS® and I became an EOS® Implementer. The impact was profound. Our EOS® clients are consistently achieving 80% or more of the objectives they set to accomplish and have created an happy and productive environments.
