As an EOS Implementer® and Kolbe Certified Consultant, I help your team get clear on where you’re going, who owns what, and what needs to happen next. Through the EOS® process, we turn your vision into clear priorities and build accountability into the way your team works.
Before becoming an EOS Implementer, I worked as an employment attorney, mediating difficult executive discussions, facilitating leadership workshops, and conducting workplace investigations. That experience shapes how I coach today. I help leaders address the issues they’ve been working around and have the conversations that move their businesses forward.
My approach is engaging, direct, and practical. I enjoy working with owners who want to grow their businesses while creating a place where great people want to work. My clients include companies that have made the Inc. 5000 list.
I earned my law degree from Chapman University and give back through organizations such as the Levitt Quinn Family Law Center. I live in Orange County with my husband, two sons, and dog. Outside work, you’ll find me working toward my next scuba diving certification or looking for another book to devour.
