About
I understand building business value through determination and hard work growing up in a multi-generational family farm. As the former Integrator of a marketing agency, I also understand there comes a point where scalability is required to create personal freedom and focus team efforts. Discovering the book Traction and EOS transformed both my life and business.
Soon after shifting gears to become an Implementer, a breast cancer diagnosis deepened my appreciation for the power of EOS. Overwhelmed by treatment and surgery options, I realized my personal V/TO and my BHAG to complete an Ironman provided clarity and simplified my choices. Completing the Ironman I had trained so hard for became a vision shared by my team: my surgeon, physical therapist, triathlon coach, friends and family. I’m happy to report that just 12 weeks after a double-mastectomy I completed the Louisville Ironman and remain cancer-free!
It lights me up to spend my days with entrepreneurs as they create clarity, freedom and flexibility for themselves and their teams. I truly believe anything you dream is possible, and that EOS provides a beautifully simple way to get there. Let’s make your dreams come true!
