My passion is helping companies achieve their dreams.
I say this very deliberately. I love people, but I really love companies. This passion stems from the belief that I can have a greater impact by helping companies achieve a higher level of success.
My journey began with owning several businesses, from a multimillion-dollar real estate investment company to a couple of restaurants in Chicago. I have been in the owner’s seat where I had to sweat it out to make payroll or to dig up enough cash for the product I promised for the next week. These experiences helped me realize there had to be a simpler way.
To find that way, I started Nexus Business Solutions, a business advisory company. For 17 years, we created and implemented a very successful approach. Then, I was introduced to EOS, and the more I learned about EOS, the more I witnessed its impact. I am now 13 years in, with over 900 client sessions. I have achieved Expert designation and am one of a handful of Coaches for the EOS community of Implementers, and I am still just as excited about EOS as I was all those years ago.
I cannot wait to show you the power of EOS.

I also coach the EOS Worldwide Implementer Community, allowing me to continually sharpen my craft as an EOSI, learn from the best, and bring that insight back to my clients.
