About
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and spent most of my working career being the “Fix it” guy. I loved big problems and loved people. I also loved creating structure and experiencing the growth that resulted from this. It allowed me to scratch my entrepreneurial itch.
In 2015, I decided to make the big jump and left my “real job” to buy a sports facility. I thought I knew how to do this on my own, I’d had success before running businesses. Well, it turns out I was wrong. My dream quickly turned into a nightmare and this freedom and independence I was chasing became bondage.
After about 4 years of living this life, we implemented EOS and it changed my business and my life. Today, the business is thriving we converted a run-down golf dome into a 30-acre athletic development campus which is now a sustainable anchor in the community. I’ve seen firsthand the difference EOS makes for the employees working in the business, for the business itself, and for the people who risk everything to start and run small businesses. Because of this, I want to help others gain traction in their businesses – FASTER and get everything they want out of their business and their life.
