My purpose is to partner with business owners and leaders to get them aligned and focused on what really matters on their journey to business success. Through EOS, I guide my clients to experience clear vision, strong execution, and healthy, high performing team.

I am passionate about helping business owners and leaders achieve their goals – for themselves, their teams, and their organization. I do this by coaching, teaching and facilitation and investing in a deeply relational partnership.

Before I was an EOS Implementer, I had 33 years of direct executive leadership experience. I built and guided entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial organizations across multiple industries and led large manufacturing operations.

After 33 years of running and building businesses as a leader, I discovered EOS and its power to transform entrepreneurial organizations. I made the decision to become an EOS Implementer to help others achieve their goals through leadership team coaching and EOS expertise.

Eight years later I’ve worked with over 70 companies executing 700+ EOS full-day sessions and providing 9,000+ hours of leadership coaching. It’s been my honor to partner with and serve incredible business leaders who are committed to being better.
