I started my career designing multi-million dollar racing yachts, and building and coaching high performing teams to help my clients win the world’s most demanding yacht races. I've experienced the incredible joys of being a part of awesome winning teams, and also the deep frustrations of not getting there with dysfunctional teams.
These experiences fuel my passion and commitment to serving my clients in elevating and transforming their businesses. We use the framework of EOS to create possibility, to create openings for leaders to step up, and to create organizations characterized by courage, patience, trust, engagement, and joy. We create those unstoppable organizations my clients always dreamed of.
To enable this miracle of transformation, I am creating our inspiring meeting space on our Colorado farm. Under the watchful care of our 14,000ft mountain, my clients are going to come and get reconnected with themselves, and each other, and get grounded with what’s going on in their lives, and their business.
