About

I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship the day someone called me an “intrapreneur” in the corporate world. They saw what I hadn’t named yet — I was always looking ahead, pushing for where the business needed to go instead of settling for the status quo.

In 2010, I launched my own firm to help small and midsize organizations build and execute real growth strategies. Seven years later, I found EOS and immediately knew it was the missing piece. Becoming an Expert EOS Implementer has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my career.

Watching clients gain traction, hit their growth goals, and transform from a collection of individuals into a cohesive, high‑performing leadership team never gets old. Seeing those shifts — the clarity, the confidence, the momentum — is exactly why I do this work.
