About
For four decades I was fortunate to have led teams of every shape and size in the service sector. As a leader, I’ve been there and done that…and have the t-shirt to prove it!
For nearly two decades, I worked as an executive for the two largest and most respected in-home care brands, leading the coaching and training business owners, and leading business model innovation for a network of over 500 franchisees. In my various roles, I contributed to shaping the proven business model that guided franchisees to start and grow successful businesses.
As a member of executive leadership teams, I participated in strategic planning sessions, often experiencing firsthand the challenges that came with not having an effective system for planning, execution and accountability, all of which are vital in growing a healthy and profitable business.
That all changed when I read TRACTION, discovered EOS® and realized there was a better way to operate a business…to manage human energy and get results.
