With more than 25 years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience, Shea brings real-world insight as a former CEO and Integrator who has successfully implemented EOS®. The daughter of a Marine Sergeant, Shea developed an early foundation of discipline, resilience, and service—principles that continue to shape her approach today. Her firsthand experience sitting in the same seat as her clients allows her to empathize deeply with the challenges leaders face and guide them through difficult decisions and transformative conversations.
