I’ve seen from all angles how tough it can be to run an entrepreneurial business. I spent 13 years building my own company - pushing hard but struggling to break through the ceiling. Along the way, I met countless other entrepreneurs facing the same frustrating challenges: stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward. I then became an executive coach, working closely with leadership teams and business owners. No matter the industry, the issues were always familiar: lack of clarity, people problems, misalignment, and stalled growth.

In 2021, my own company began implementing EOS®, and it was a complete eye-opener. The changes were dramatic, and many of the problems that had felt like just “part of running a business” started to vanish. With EOS®, everything became clearer, more structured, and far more effective.

While I can’t go back and give my younger self the tools and clarity of EOS®, I can - and do - help other entrepreneurs fast-track their journey. I’m passionate about making sure they don’t have to learn everything the hard way. With EOS®, they can move faster, feel more in control, and build the business they’ve always wanted.
