Paul Viner

I was born and raised in an entrepreneurial household, so entrepreneurship has always been in my blood. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, I combined my financial skills with my passion for leisure and hospitality, progressing through CFO, CEO, and Non-Executive Director roles.

What I loved most was mentoring colleagues and partnering with leadership teams to build positive, high-performing cultures. What I enjoyed least? Slow decisions, unproductive meetings, and overly complex processes that drained energy and focus.

Everything changed after I read Traction and led the implementation of EOS in our 60-person global business. I became passionate about bringing clarity, simplicity, and structure to the chaos — and saw first-hand the transformational results.

Inspired by that experience, I left my corporate role to help other companies gain Traction. Today, I combine my hospitality mindset with business coaching to serve entrepreneurs, improving transparency, accountability, and results — ultimately helping leaders build stronger businesses and better lives.
