Having set up my own business with two partners, I've experienced the daily challenges this brings and, as that business struggled, I made the difficult decision to exit. I then went on to build another successful business, creating substantial, high-performing, diverse teams and generating multi-million pound revenue streams and understand the demands this places on even the best leadership teams.

Progressing to work with founders to help them structure their businesses for growth, my lightbulb moment came when I was introduced to EOS and Traction. I immediately understood how EOS provides the complete system and tools needed to help the entrepreneurs, founders and leadership teams I work with, to transform their businesses and lives.
