I help organisations maximise their potential through EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and by unlocking the power of their people. Over the years, I’ve introduced EOS in a variety of scaling businesses, honing my expertise and deepening my commitment to helping leadership teams gain clarity, focus, and traction.

I started my career as a graduate trainee, steadily climbing the corporate ladder. After ten years, the politics and bureaucracy had taken their toll, and I left with a gut feeling that I could do more. I set up my first business—it failed, miraculously! I picked myself up, learned from my mistakes, and tried again. This time, it was different: the business grew to 15 employees, and on the outside, it looked successful. But inside, I hated it. I was frustrated—by the lack of return on my time, by the people around me, and by the overwhelming feeling of losing control. Exiting the business was a huge relief, lifting a weight off my shoulders.

I then found my true calling in scaling tech businesses as the second-in-command/COO. That’s when I came across the book Traction. Everything finally clicked. I started implementing EOS in the businesses I worked with, creating clarity on vision, accountability, and execution. I remember thinking, if only I’d known about EOS when I was running my own business, maybe things would have turned out differently.

That’s why I do what I do now—helping business owners avoid the pain I went through so they can run their business, instead of letting the business run them.
